Where to Buy

• On-campus Students: Click Here to find out if your school has online ordering enabled. Shipping and Processing: Orders received by noon Central time will require 1-2 business days for processing and additional 1-5 business days for shipping, and may require extra days if the kit you order is out of stock and needs to be assembled. "Next Day" shipping applies after processing. If you need your kit sooner, we recommend you purchase your copy of The Textile Kit from a bookstore serving your school. If your campus bookstore is out of stock, please ask them to re-order and we will send more kits ASAP.
  • We strongly advise against buying via unauthorized sellers such as via third parties on Amazon, because they are typically selling out-of-date kits, or kits with expired software. We are not able to support any kits purchased from unauthorized sellers.
  • Because different instructors require different versions of the kit, buying your kit at your campus bookstore or ordering from our Online Store are the ONLY WAYS to be sure you get the right kit! Please buy only from authorized sellers so we can fully support your purchase.

How to Assemble

• Check with your instructor first: Please DO NOT DISTURB the samples in your kit and DO NOT WRITE on the mounting pages in the binder until you receive complete directions from your instructor regarding the assembly of your kit.

• Use the written instructions in the front of your kit: Complete written instructions for assembling your kit appear on page 2 of the printed index inside your binder. If your instructor allows you to choose your own method of assembly, our experience leads us to suggest the procedure described there for the best results.
• VERY IMPORTANT AND VERY HELPFUL! Use the Virtual Lab Assistant on The Textile Kit Online: Use the key code on the small card in the front of your binder or sample bag for Eco or Eco+ Edition kits, front page of your binder for Pacetex1 Edition kits to register for access to The Textile Kit Online. The Virtual Lab Assistant is a digital presentation on The Textile Kit Online, showing a virtual example of a completed kit, filled out and with the samples mounted. Although your samples may not match the ones in the Virtual Lab Assistant exactly, most users find this resource very helpful for double checking the process as they go along. The Virtual Lab Assistant also provides a brief audio description of each sample, a magnified view of each sample, and more examples of samples to show other ways they may appear, all of which can help you determine if your kit is going together as it should. Please note your sample may differ in color, style, or print from any of the samples shown in the Virtual Lab Assistant, but many of the samples will be the same or similar enough to be helpful to you. The Eco, Eco+ and Pacetex1 Editions also include expanded commentary about each sample, in both text and audio formats.

IF YOUR KEY CODE IS NOT FOUND IN THE FRONT OF YOUR BINDER OR IN YOUR SAMPLE BAG, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY FOR A PROMPT REPLACEMENT CODE.

Missing Samples?

If you are missing a sample (or any other part of your kit), please e-mail us within 60 days of purchase at mail@atexinc.com and let us know:
