Most of the assistance you will need can be found on the CDs that came with your copy of The Textile Kit. However, if you are having trouble opening a CD, are missing a sample or something else from your kit, need to purchase a kit, or need other assistance, you can get assistance by clicking the appropriate button on the “Student Help Desk” menu in the left-hand column.
Please note: Some files accessible via the "Student Help Desk" require a username and password. If you need access to one of these files, please contact us and include your name, your instructor’s name, and your college or university, along with your request, and we will send you login information. However, for the best experience, we strongly recommend you access the files from The Textile Kit CD whenever possible.
